Question about loading.

I was looking around a install loaders for the Homebrew channel, and after reading some readme files, the ones I have seem to agree you drop in a .elf file for it to load.
If I put project M on a card along with the loader, and replace the Homebrew installer .elf with the one from Project M, can I use any of those loaders over going into Brawl?
