Question about codes.

I was wandering where you put codes. Do you put them in the RSBE01 or somewhere else. Or do different codes go in different places? If so then, could someone show me here this victory theme code goes?

Just place it into the RSBE01. At least that's what I did when I put in a code and it worked.
