Question about change of sakurai's studio

His Sora. ltd used to be in the Chiyoda area, but then it seemed to combined with the BANDAI NAMCO . I don't quite understand whether Sakurai's company moved to the BANDAI NAMCO or just a nominal integration and remained in its original place.:foe!:
