Question about Amiibo

So I went out today and bought a Samus amiibo and leveled it to 50. I was wondering if how I attacked and approached the amiibo how i did, effect the outcome of the training? I do a lot of Short hops and forward slashes in air, and a lot of other play styles, I was wondering if my amiibo picks up on it and learns to counter all of that. Also how do I get special moves for the amiibo? It hit level 50 and I haven't seen a single special move unlock.

Oh, and what kind of stats should I feed her? I have a ton of stats just sitting around waiting to be used, but I am unsure which ones to actually feed with, and cannot find any guides pertaining to that online.

TLDR: What kind of things will the Amiibo learn from playing me or my friends or even CPUs? Is it bad to have my amiibo train on unlimited time against 3 level 9 cpus while I go to bed?

amiibo will learn from you and learn to counter you. For example, if you do a bunch of ledge attacks, your amiibo will do a bunch of ledge attacks, but they will also be good at countering you when you do one. Special moves for you to use in custom characters and special moves for amiibo are one in the same, so just go through the modes in the game where you can unlock them (the Orders come to mind), or sometimes you can get them as the gifts your amiibo brings back from a fight.

There's no real "best" stats to feed amiibo, but there are ways to get each stat positive if you play your cards right.

There is no concrete answer or guide to tell you what to do with your Amiibo. After all, its yours, so you can do whatever you want with it. That aside, it seems to me that just as many people feed their Amiibo as those that do not. It is your choice.

Once again, if you're looking for a definitive answer on what to do with your Amiibo, you're not going to get one. However, in order to decide what stats/effects/moves you want your Amiibo to have, I advise you experiment with the Custom Character feature. Both making and using them. This is honestly my favorite part of Smash 4, and provides tons of useful experience for Amiibo customization.

To answer your question of how/where to get special moves, these are another kind of custom part, similar to equipment. Your Amiibo does not unlock them as it levels. You have to go out and acquire them by normal means in order to use them on custom characters or Amiibos. Classic, All-Star, Smash Tour, Trophy Rush, and other means can be used to acquire parts. My personal favorite is Classic, but Smash Tour is good for bulk as well. I will warn you though, it will take a great deal of time to get good parts.
Edit: I completely forgot the orders existed. So if you have a bunch of spare gold or Crazy Order Passes, both orders are excellent means of obtaining custom parts, including alternate specials.
