It's great. Nerfs and all, I love practically every change I've noticed so far... barring the speed/gravity. Imo it feels perfect using someone like Pikachu. But people like Fox, Falco, Falcon, and MK feel floaty and light. Is it just me?

The speed seems between brawl and melee too. Is it the animations or is the gameplay slower now?

I personally don't see any sign of physics changes like that. Fox/falcon/falcon all fall pretty fast and seem the same as ever. MK as always had some degree of floatiness. I dont think it's any different than before.

there would be bloody Murder if the game speed was slowed down. Fox especially. I actually felt like there as buff in speed on a lot of the cast. Fox feeling just the same. Pretty sure none of that frame datta was touched

Im gonna say its in your head.

Could be. I've played a lot of Melee lately and it's been awhile since I touched PM. I just don't remember them taking so long to touch back down on the ground again, especially meta knight

Landing detection was tweaked, right? You're wavedashes might be traveling less distance because you need to get used to the new "sweet spot."

It wasn't my wavedashes, the pace just seemed slower to me. I guess it was just my eyes.

As a Falco main, it's pretty easy for me to see some changes that weren't mentioned in his changelist. In 3.02, I could do a b-air into an immediate second-jump b-air before he even starts falling from his jump peak. In 3.5, I have to fall down a little from his jump peak before initiating a second jump. It has something to do with his b-air. Even though the duration of Falco's b-air looks the same, it's definitely more laggy than it was in 3.02. I'm not sure if it's all his aerials, but I know for sure his b-air lag duration increased.
