Putting Smash videos online and Nintendo's Partnership Programme

Out of curiosity, does anyone know what the state of play with uploading Smash onto YouTube is? Obviously there are 1000's of videos out there ranging from tutorials to LP style content, but with Nintendo's Partnership madness (and them having excluding it from the list of games that they permit) is it just a case of not running ads or monetizing Sm4sh videos? Do we know much about the copyright strike rate against putting Sm4sh online?

Really sorry if this has already been answered, but internet searching doesn't seem to be able to provide me with a conclusion other than Nintendo having excluding it from their list of okays.
