Purple pikmin stuck under the stage

So i was waiting for a match on wifi and was practicing my up-b and something happened. Before i used my up-b to get back on the stage i rolled by the egde of the stage. I dont know about you guys but this dysynces your pikmin im 100% sure(I will get in to later). So i rolled then went off the stage and used my up-b and here is a sad image of what happend -_-

The pikmin was stuck there for a good 10-15 seconds and i do have a witness who saw this also.

This is very similar to worups video where a purple pikmin hit his opponents and he was not even close to him. We need to figure out how to repeat these! Tell me what you guys think.

Wow, that's weird. I have done something weird as well when playing a Toon Link. He did a dAir, I was being 'waved' to the right and then performed an uSmash. Weird thing is: my purple Pikmin was still standing next to him and DID the uSmash. It hit him and killed him. I was like 'omgwtfbbq what just happened'.

Basically, I made a Pikmin do a uSmash while he wasn't even close to me. I'm sure I did not perform the uSmash before/right after the landing of the Toon Link.

I think there's someting more to the Purple Pikmin than we know. Obviously the developers took into the fact that Purple is always going to be slower than all the other Pikmin but maybe after rolling and immidiately trying to perform a certain command after it. Ol Braney reacts slower than his brethren. I think it's this phenomenon(yeah I went there because only in certain times has this been recreated) that has weird stuff like going on.

This is going to take ALOT of tedious research to figure out exactly what it is about the Purple Pikmin that just isn't kosher(lol.)

:o I bet there is, remember the other thread with the Diddy Kong video? he slide and used an Usmash and it delayed and KOd Diddy Kong, it was a Purple Pikmin too. I hate it when my Pikmin get De-synced though >_> especially when I'm one Pikmin short of a recovery, and under the stage with no time to whistle But yeah, this seems to be recreatable now that we've had multiple occurrences...or maybe not.

lol thts funny. this exact thing happened to me when i was ice climbers except instead of the purple pikman it was nana. i got her on the edge by herself while i was next to it, ran off, grabbed edge, spammed B and she got pulled under and floated there for however long i wanted her to. idk if this could be related to this at all. i mean i know the pikmin was being pulled toward u which is y it wasn't falling

Well... from waiting for my opponents to respawn, I noticed that if you continuously jump in a circle and you have a purple pikmin last in line, he'll fall behind from the rest of the pikmin. O____o
