Punishing rolling with little mac?

I've always been a little weak when it comes to punishing rolling, but i really want to improve this part of my game. I recently lost to a very poor lucario player, every time we clashed i was able to out play him, yet with his roll spamming he beat me. I know punishing rolling is dependent on the character so i would like to hear stratagies you use with little mac on specific character, videos would also be apreciated.

3 basic thing I do: utilt(hits behind you), ftilt(obvious choice), and turn around and rapid jab(Hold A. It catches spotdodging well too).

If he rolls away just dash attack and if he rolls behind you down smash.443
