Public places to play Smash?

Sadly there isn't a house available for your friends to Smash together all the time.
Do any Smashers know of any public places for friends to meet that's good to whip out a Wii U and play? I know of some lounge in Claremont College campus that even have monitors for the public to use:

Bigger picture. 2 Monitor booths on the right side

Would be luxurious if you know a good public place that comes with a monitor, but any public places regardless of monitors but is pretty chill is cool.

Was looking for more general public places for ideas. Like Starbucks but not really cuz you can't play smash in Starbucks.
Not really looking for tournaments or venues for tournaments
