Psyduck for Smash Ultimate

I'm now working on random surprise character ideas for smash (Inspired by Piranha Plant) So for this one I picked Psyduck

Why?
Psyduck, I would argue is quite iconic and would add more "derpy" character options to the roster

Moveset?
Hydro Pump, Confusion, Aqua Tail, Zen Headbutt, Yawn, Screech, etc. (Any Move that it learns basically)

As I said in the other thread, Psyduck is one of my favourite pokemon, in my top 10, infact. I support the duck.
