Psuedo-Spike? Semi-Meteor Smash? New Gimp?(disregard... known knowlegde)

So I was playing Brawl yesterday as Sonic with my friend and I defeated him in a very hillarious manner... I footstooled him, then I did a spring jump and the spring hit him, keeping him from recovering. I laughed, he was pissed, but then we did further testing to see if this was a fluke or not. What we discovered was that it seems to work at any percentage, as footstooling nor spring hits have any real mind-blowing knockback, but the opponent has to be a certain length below the stage, or they'll otherwise recover. Mind you, my friend was purposedly jumping down to test this and purposely trying to recover, but then when we battled he knew what was coming so I just hit him with fairs and whatnot...

But I think it's something worth knowing: Footstool to Spring Jump = Psuedo-Spike... or a Gimp... I don't know exactly, but it's situational and it works. Try it out and see.
