PSA Problem

I apologize in advance if I missed the answer to this somewhere on the site. When using PSA anytime I make a change to a pac file, say change number of jumps from 2 to 4, and save it, the change doesn't save. Looked all around to why that happened and if anyone can help me out it would be fantastic.

I never had luck saving with PSA. Use BrawlBox. The new version supports moveset editing.

I downloaded BrawlBox earlier today. I saw a video of a guy making a new move animation with it, but needed PSA. To edit movesets I just need the same pac files used with PSA?

Yes, you'd need the same files. This video was probably older. BrawlBox now supports moveset editing.
