Hey, So I decided to make this thread because I have a few movesets in mind that I wish to be made in project m

So, I'll just put them here if anyone wants to tackle it

1.Paper Mario-I'm surprized no one has ever made a psa of him yet. Paper Mario feels so unique that somebody got to make him in Project M. He can use lots of Attacks, from helpers, star spirits and even stickers I think Paper Mario would be a great character in Project M

Neutral Special-Power Shell, Paper Mario summons Kooper and goes into his shell, The longer it is charged the better damage it does

Side Special-Hammer Spin,Similar to Ice Climbers's Side Special P.Mario will spin his hammer around

Up special-Parakerry,Paper Mario summons Parakerry to fly himself upwards

Down Special-Paper Mario throws Bombette a foe and she explodes after a while

Final Smash- One of the Giant Stickers from Sticker Star, Paper Mario summons a giant sticker to strike the oppoment. (Haven't played sticker star in awhile So I don't know which one would work best)

*I will update this thread if I have more time for ideas
*Also if you want to post your own ideas to this thread feel free to

(um... I'm not sure what psa stands for in this context)

But I also think Paper Mario would be great for Smash. I've actually been playing through PM:TTYD again and I've thought about this myself, as well. (actually, I'd love to see Madame Flurrie as a standalone character as the biggest and most wonderful WTF character to ever be in Smash... her grabs would be terrifying)

I would love to see a Pokémon Trainer style mechanic for Paper Mario with the partners. He'd be able to switch between six different partners from the first two games, except there's no stamina mechanic because that's silly and not applicable here.

My Paper Mario Moveset:
B Neutral - Super Hammer. He can whack once powerfully or charge it up and use it as a grounded spin attack with lots of knockback
Up B - Spring Jump. Shoots directly up, hitting enemies above him. Not angleable, not an incredibly effective recovery. Kind of similar mechanic to Ike and Kirby's respective Up Bs.
Down B - Switch Partner. He switches in the order of Goombella, Kooper, Flurrie, Bobbery, Vivian, Parakarry (wishful thinking that all of these could be programmed, yes. But we'll just pretend they can be)

The Side B is what switches between partners:
Goombella - Tattle. Nearby opponent is immobilized briefly as Goombella reads a short entry about them and makes some sort of snarky comment. Opportune combo with a charged Super Hammer.
Kooper - Shell Toss. Kooper shoots himself directly forward, similar to Squirtle's Side B, except this one meteor smashes.
Flurrie - Gale Force. Flurrie makes a continuous stream of wind as long as B is held. Effective for edgeguarding.
Bobbery - Bomb. Bobbery explodes. High knockback and damage.
Vivian - Fiery Jinx. Vivian holds her finger up and creates a brief sphere of fire around her, with a range about the size of Nayru's Love. Quite powerful.
Parakarry - Air Lift. Parakarry carries Mario as far as he needs to go. Good horizontal recovery.

Also, the down throw switches between partners:
Goombella - Headbonk. (2 hits, 5% each)
Kooper - Dizzy Shell. (1 hit, 7%, perhaps leaves opponent dazed)
Flurrie - Lip Lock. (1 long hit, 19%, but leaves Mario very vulnerable)
Bobbery - Quick Bomb. (1 hit, 13%)
Vivian - Veil. Vivian pulls the enemy underground. (3 hits, 4% each)
Parakarry - Sky Dive. (1 hit, 9%)

Home Stage (obviously, any of the Mario stages, but...):
Rogueport - Large stage that plays out in the town square.
Music:
Rogueport Theme (also in SSB4, without the Sticker Star parts)
Mini Boss Battle (from PM:TTYD)
Toad Town (from Paper Mario)
Lady Bow's Theme (from Paper Mario - some kind of awesome battle-friendly remix that nobody was expecting but works)

I actually love your ideas better than mine! But I'm not sure if the side b can be programed enough for 6 helpers. Which kinda sucks but what do you think the final smash would be.

BTW- I only played the oringinal and sticker star.

Yeah I have absolutely no idea how/if all six could be programmed. If I had to pick just three, I'd probably do Goombella/Parakarry/Vivian for their varied uses (Goombella because she's very notable, Parakarry because of the recovery, Vivian because of power).

As far as final smash goes, I would love to see Star Beam be his final smash: the Star Spirits come and encircle the stage, creating a massive beam of light, OHKO'ing everyone haha.

Here's some recolors (most of the partners' recolors are based on characters in the Paper Mario series that are important at one point or another):
