PSA Help, please

Hey, I'm on PSA, trying to make Falco do his laser without the gun and make it look like Hadokens (Street Fighter Fireballs). Everything's fine, but the laser appears below his feet. I removed the gun, but when I had it on him, the gun was pointing straight down in the hadoken animation I gave him.

How do I make it to where the laser comesd out from his hands?
