PSA Edited PAC files freeze the game.

I'm trying to edit the PM movesets of Falco and Wolf to increase their movement speed. It worked on Wolf and Ike, but Falco for some reason ended up freezing the game. While trying to edit Wolf this time, he also ends up freezing the game.

I've tried versions 2.36 and 1.85, but I'm still having the same problem.

Does anyone know why this is happening?

I tried editing the vBrawl PAC files this time (ditching the FitMotionEtc files ofc) but they still freeze the game.
