PSA? Blaziken over Jiggs

hello i know this is the best place to put a queston like this but i was wondering if any of the brawl hackers who made PSA's in their time would be able to help me. ipllay alot of Project M at school with my gamers club and there are alot of character that dont get used and arn't liked in my club ( no offense this is the best game i know) and i would like for free play alone replace Jiggs with a Balanced Blaziken. Sure he would actualy be a clone of Captain falcon but i am having problems with things i believe that if i manage to edit the .rel files i would be able to get what i want done so i could have some good old fashion fun with my Fav pokemon. Can some one please link me a tutorial and or program that i can use to learn how to make good PSA's and edit .rels

If you're looking for things like PSA's, KCMM is the best place to be asking for help. Pretty much no one here really does any PSA stuff, it's mostly textures, stages, music, and other aesthetics like menus, portraits, and HUD's.

But I think you should know, most PSA's use a model that is relatively similar to the character it's being replaced with. And I don't know why exactly you think this would be a good idea, because there's a BIG difference between Blaziken and Jigglypuff, and I can guarantee that no matter what you or someone else does, the model will not be good. Either the proportions of the model will be heavily skewed everywhere when moving around, or your hitboxes will be ridiculous.

Thanks i have figured the last part out on my own from testing so i am moving over to trying to Luigi and have gotten most of it to work except for the uP -b and Side b hit boxes but thts not an issue was planning on changing them however i do want to be able to learn how to alter thing s better. Thank you for your responce.
