Pro's C Stick Settings and Perfect Pivot

So now that perfect pivot is out there it seems like its going to / is very important. I'm not sure what controller settings most pros use, but I'm under the impression its c stick = smash. Now that perfect pivot is so important, will everyone be switching c stick to tilts?

No. Also, I don't see it being too important, since it only moves characters a small distance and is pretty hard to execute. It could be used for occasional mix-ups, but that's about as far as I can see it going, honestly.

I don't think people will use it constantly since it's kinda hard to execute, it can be a good option sometimes but it's not like wavedashing that you can use as much as you want.
