Proper Tournament Stream Setup?

Hello smashers,

I've been on a quest to find the perfect stream setup for Melee for a few months and the biggest problem is the CRV. I have been wanting to host events and tournaments and be able to stream them/record them but haven't been able to find the proper devices for that. here's what i mean.

• What I Stream With--
  GPU: Geforce GTX 780
  
  CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM)i5-4570s CPU @ 2.90GHz
  
  Memory: 16.00 GB RAM
  
  Sound Card: Sound Blaster ZX
  
  HD Capture: Aver Media Live Gamer HD
  
  --------------SD Capture: HD PVR 2 (This is where my Melee streaming problem comes in)
  
  Streaming: Open Broadcaster Software
  
  Webcam 1: Logitech HD Pro Webcam C920
  
  Webcam 2: Logitech HD Webcam C310
  
  Headset: AfterGlow Universal Wireless Gaming Headset
  
  Headset: Razer Kraken Pro
  

The biggest Issue i have is , My Melee capture card (HDPVR2) Only outputs to Hdmi so i have been stressing out on finding the proper component/composite av splitter to make this happen. I would like to know what is a good solution for my problem.
If someone could help me out and give me a solution you would take a ton of stress off my shoulders.
