Prolonged Roll from Edge

Sometimes when you get up from the edge, you get stuck for a little bit. Does anyone know what triggers this?

When you are 100% or over, your roll and get up attack will be different and slower.

Being >100% changes your roll/getup/attack animation. For the most part (if not, for all parts) making them slower.
