I just got Project M today and right when i stopped being amazed from the little easter egg that i found on the bowser's castle map, I started to try to wavedash for the first time ever (didn't play melee). I got it on my first try. just a full on slide without any amount of air. I seemed a little too easy. But anyway, what do you guys think about Project M wavedashing?

Honestly it's wavedashing, you can be perfectly fine at a comp level without needing to know how to wavedash (just look at ken in his glory years) and there are many characters that natively incorporate wavedashing into their playstyles (luigi) and others that don't. Wavedashing reminds me a lot of dash dancing in the sense of it can take a decent amount of skill to learn it but it's a useless skill if you can't incorporate it into how you play.
