Project M start up problem

So I downloaded project m 3.6 and put it on my sd card. It worked fine at first, then after several weeks, I encountered a weird glitch. Whenever I start up the game, it goes to the launcher, but it brings up the usual wii game warning screen. Then it boots up regular brawl and when i go to character select, it has the project m character format without roy and mewtwo. And everytime i select a stage it crashes. I searched endlessly for information on this glitch but i couldn't find anything. Can someone help me? I love playing project m. Help.

Try using Gecko instead of the launcher, and set your hooktype to AXNextFrame.
