i have downloaded project m v3.2 3 times but when i play the speed is like brawl, it wasn't how fast it was when i first got it, can anyone help?

yea i checked all that, but i play from a usb loader
checked everything on that list twice?

yes i fully formatted the SD
i mean again, reinstall.
it definitely sounds like a file isnt being seen/ is missing or a code isnt being loaded.

Do you have ocarina enabled on your usb loader and all the codes in the right place? It sounds to me like your usb loader doesn't have ocarina enabled. Also, if that doesn't work, tell me what usb loader you're using (I use one too).
