Project M PSA Help Needed!!

Hi. I'm trying to change Wario's side smash in Project M. (I'm using the hackless version of Project M) I want to make it like his side smash in SSB4. I have the animation, but the move has terrible range. I think the hitbox is still in his foot. How do I move it to his hand?
