Project M on Wii U problems...

So earlier today, I tried to play Project M on Wii U. Once I had deleted all of the stages, I put in my FAT formatted SD card, but the Stage Builder kept saying that I "couldn't save stages" to it. This may be a problem with how i formatted it, or just a problem with the SD card reader.

Actually, my SSBB just normally crashed, so it may just need to be cleaned...

Wow... just looked at the back of my SSBB disk, and there is a copper-looking... thing... showing. This could just be a torn apart disk altogether.
