how can i get project m hacked wii version to work from usb loader gx?

Install the Project M files to your SD card as normal.
Select Brawl in USB Loader GX, and go to Settings > Game Load > set Ocarina to On, and Hooktype to AXNextFrame.
Save your settings, and load Brawl. It should then load into Project M.

the music didnt load right its some alternate remux of main song, and event mode is still in brawl mode.

Distorted music is usually caused by the SD card being fragmented. Either try formatting the SD card and reinstalling (make sure to backup your files first), or defragmenting the card.
