I have:

1: Deleted ALL custom stages from my wii & SD

2: Tried both Homebrew & Hackless downloads

3: Checked other threads for solutions

4: Tried both FAT & FAT32 formats, wiped my SD 3 times

I did notice that it looked like the launcher file was missing from the homebrew download. It had the 3 main folders and gameconfig only. Also, when I tried to unzip the hackless version, neither 7zip or Winzip could open/extract it.

I would try formatting your SD card, download your preferred version from the website, and try again. I only go the Hackless route, so I can't really help you in terms of more technical stuff.

It is really weird that WinZip or 7zip couldn't extract it. Strangely, I had a lot of problems extracting my files to a folder and then putting that on my SD card. I had to extract the files directly to my SD card for it to work. So that might be something as well

I've been having a similar issue as ZipzipthePenguin. I have a 1GB SD card that used to work perfectly fine through the Stage Builder (hackless route) and it all of a sudden stopped working.
I'm going to attempt formatting the SD card. I fear it may have gotten corrupted, though I have no idea how that could've happened.

ZipzipthePenguin, were you able to figure out a solution?

*Update*
I reformatted my 1GB SD card to Fat32 and, using WinRar, dragged all of the Hackless Full Set files from the zip into the SD card. It now seems to be working properly. It allowed me to update the launcher and appears to be fine. Not sure if that helps, but figured I would update. Best of luck!
