Project M Netplay DeSync every player

Hello Smashboards,
So I just started playing on Netplay and everytime I would join a player's game we would keep desyncing everytime literally. I did this with over 5 players and we both desynced numerous of times. Any solution for this? Using Dolphin 4.0-652.

Computer Specs
Intel (R) Core (TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50 GHz
64 bit Operating system
Intel HD Graphics 4000

Check md5 checksum, then check to make sure wiimotes are off, then make sure insert sd card is off.
