Hiya! Does anyone know if there are any PM tourneys besides the few annuals that happen?

Depends on how close you live to McMaster/Mohawk. Most of the smash scene is centred around there.

Your best bet is to check out this page.

Alternatively you can also look at this page or this page, but they're not really focused on what you want. That second one is for Melee but it could be a starting point for finding Project M tournaments.
