Project M gets stuck on the strap message or the projectm.com message.

OK so ive been messing around with the project m folders and ive been replacing all the character selection screen portraits to sm4sh ones with BrawlBox to access common5.pac. Then when I save my changes I try to boot up project m and it gets stuck on the strap message or the projectm.com message...Any help?

That typically means you've gone over a filesize limit somewhere.
