Project M Freezing at link screen, help?

Project M constantly freezes at the screen that shows PM's homepage link. It works fine up until that point. Any ideas?
My PM is running on a 4.3 US wii, using Letterbomb to access it. 4GB SDHC card.
Things that might be causing the problem:
Recent changes made in BrawlCustomManager, newly downloaded and added skins (an Iwata Memorial pack and M&L ice climbers, both downloaded from BrawlVault), or an error that continues to pop up sometimes in BCM (tells me it can't write to the common5.pac) Other times it doesn't pop up.

Revert to your last working backup, then install the mods one at a time, checking each works before installing the next.
