Project M Download Slow or Stuck

I am trying to download Project M from the main website and at first I would be downloading at 1 MB/s but it stopped at 166MB. I tried it a second time and the samething happened. Now doing it for a 3rd and 4th time, the download speed has slowed down significantly (around 24kb/s). A 3 min download turned into a 4 hr download.

Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions?
