Project M download help

Does anyone have a download for 3.5 I can use to get it onto my SD card, I use the homebrew channel on Wii

Also I recently deleted PM off of my SD card, and I've downloaded Homebrew.zip back onto my SD card, and it doesn't come up on the homebrew channel ,what am I missing?

I extracted the Homebrew.zip file onto the SD card, what do you mean by unpack it?

edit: Just got the launcher to work, never mind.
