Project M/ Dolphin trouble

So i have Project M for Dolphin 3.5 and everything was running fine. I wanted to update my project M though and when i did, Project M didn't want to load anymore. I would run Gecko from Dolphin but Brawl would run. I do have dolphin 4.0 and project M would load there but I had lag issues on there so i stood at 3.5.

Does anyone know what could be wrong?

Make sure in config->wii insert SD card is checked.
