Tbh I wonder why he doesn't have an extractor already and specifically asked for something that's not in a rar file? Because he cant DL one?

Even if he can't get Winrar, there are so many other options out there.

Well, I just prefer zip files cause they're easy to use.(i use mac). Also, i dont have my own computer and use the guest file on my friends.(thats why i cant get to Toon Link's page on brawl vault normally)

Also, when i try to boot up winrar, it says it cant because its from an unverified creator
