The PMBR has answered this before. they will most likely add new people, but they're not adding unapproved third party characters, nor are they adding smash 4 characters since that competes with nintendo. i mean granted, nintendo should be taking cues from project m, but they dont seem to care about making as good of a game as long it sells. we learned that from brawl.
