Project M CC Master restarts brawl after I press start in launcher

Hi. So I downloaded Project M CC Master to play as the new characters, but when I press start in the launcher, it restarts brawl. When I go to the character select screen, I can see the slots where the characters would go but if I go near them, the game will crash. I am using hackless and have been able to launch hackless Legacy TE before. Can someone please try to help me.
