Project M 3.6 Won't Load

So I am trying to play Project M, but when I go to the stage builder menu nothing happens. The sd card icon below also says 0. I've done the hackless download and deleted all stages and formatted my sd card. The contents on the sd card are all there when I plug it into my computer. My sd card is a Toshiba 2gb. Does anyone know how fix this?

Did you put everything from the .zip in the root of the sd card?

Yes, I am sure I did everything right. I downloaded version 3.5 off another site and it worked
