Project M 3.6 Netplay Builder makes me a 3.0 build?

I have built my Brawl ISO MULTIPLE times now with the 3.6 Netplay Builder, and it keeps giving me this result:

I load the game

Yet strangely enough, it continues with the 3.6 Netplay messages:

Dolphin then crashes.

My MD5 Checksum is correct, and I have followed all the instructions perfectly, but this keeps happening no matter what. Please help. Will provide any information needed!
