Project M 3.6 Custom Sound Effects Help

I've been trying for a while now get my own custom sound effects into 3.6 using Super Sawndz. After a bunch of trial and error I decided to start fresh. Right now, all I have is the .brsar for Brawl with the effects I want. Does anyone have some steps I can follow for this? I'm using CFG USB Loader with a Brawl ISO as well.

I'm just trying to insert my Sawndz files into PM from Super Sawndz. After I replace the ones I want and load up PM there's no changes though. I don't really have any more details than that.

It'd be nice to find some actual help for once instead of a bunch of people just deciding not to respond or not being able to come up with an answer. I've followed several guides to the letter and still cannot get this confusing stuff to work.
