Project M 3.6 beta will not connect to the internet.

I downloaded the 3.6 beta, and then just put the contents of the Hackless WifiRiivolution on the SD card with it. Fore some reason, however, It won't work. I have been redoing over and over again since last night following the direction on this smashboards thread: http://smashboards.com/threads/guid...ccasional-server-issues-are-temporary.355374/
Maybe I'm interpreting these instructions wrong? Heres a picture of how my files are set up on the SD card:
