Project M 3.5 ISO help

I have a Brawl ISO that I injected with PM 3.5. Whenever I try to load the game through USB loader GX or Wiiflow the game freezes after "retrieving vault" screen.

I have tried different ISO's and different ISO builders but no luck. One problem i got was the game loading fine but when I get to the character select screen the characters are vanilla brawl (for example, Pokemon Trainer was one character). Soon after the game would freeze.

Any suggestions?

if you have an ISO, why are you going to the vault?

I'm not. The game loads and before the title screen, "retreiveing Vault" screen comes up. It was normal when I had 3.2 working.

Assuming the ISO builder injects its own codehandler into the ISO, have you switched off Ocarina and hooktypes in the loader settings for Project M?

I have tried to switch off both and no luck. Is there a certain IOS i should use?

No, default should work. Have you tried the ISO builder from here?

Yes I have. I have tried both the offline build and the netplay build
