Project M 3.5 Dolphin Netplay- White screen issue

I load my Project M ISO on dolphin Netplay (latest Version), I go through the loading screen but i can't get past that. I get a permanent white screen. I've optimized graphics in every way possible but it doesn't help. Can an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 card work with this?

I'm on a windows 8 laptop btw.
