Programable moves in dolphin

This is my very first time using smash boards so if I'm in the wrong place let me know. Anyway I was wondering if amyone might know of a way to program certain inputs and be able to have them executed by holding one button. For example if I was playing fox then I would put in the imputs for a frame perfect multishine and have it reapead for as long as I hold down down on the dpad. Or if I pressed right on the road then it would do a frame perfect waveshine. If anyone has any ideas of how to make this happen in open to sugjestions
