Professor Kawashima is the floating head from the DS game Brain Age: Train your Brain in minutes a day!
A.k.a This guy
Why I belive he can get in is not only was he mentioned on the poll but he can add humour factor Brawl.
Let me explain.
Your Familar with Master and Crazy hand correct? What if after you beat Normal mode or higher in Brawl in one of the modes (classic, Adventure) Professor Kawashima would appear and laugh at you, and thus you would battle him.
I created a unplayable moveset that contains both his giant polygonal head and his 2 hands.
He floats obviously.
Also you must destroy the hands before you can damage the head as the hands will block your attack.
The Head
Sling Shot ~ The Prof. will fling his own head across the stage, however to dodge you would have to crawl as he gives you a hint as he moves his head back from the stage a bit, thus the chance to dodge
Head Throw ~ One of the Hands will grab his head and begin charging a throw onto the stage where you would stand. Quickly moves before the head hits where you last standing.
Suck ~ Nothing major but tries to suck you in his mouth and chews on you and spits you out.
He he spits out numerous Mathimatical symbols and numbers will appear, be prepared to dodge.
Basketball ~ One of the hands will Dribble The Prof. Head like a basketball across the stage and back. Dodge the head before it hits you.

The Hands
~ Most of the hands Attacks will be the same as they were when you fought agaist them seperatly.
Math Equation ~ This is a tricky one the Prof. Will tell a simple Math question and the 2 hands will go in the middle holding a number sign.
One is right the other is wrong.
If you pick the right one some damage will be done to the head.
If you pick the wrong one major damage awaits you.
To pick you simply do some damage to the corresponding hand.
Plus you have a limited time
Stylus Rain ~ Like the Bomb move Crazy uses instead of Bombs Large Stylus's fall simple to dodge if your quick enough.
Stylus/ Wiimote Smash symbol ~ Either the Wiimote or Stylus will be held by of the hands.
Either hand will appear off screen and suddenly a large circle will appear thats only half the size of the stage.
You must not be in the circle or major damage awaits.
You can do damage to the remaining hand or head if the circle is not overwhere the Prof. Is.
