hey guys i know that this doesnt really belong here and feel free to close\move or watever... now that being said.
im a falco main and i think my general all around skills are improving... so i uploaded this video of me as fox trying to drillshine... i manage to get a couple in but i always miss my short hop.. i know i suck... could you please rate the drillshine attemp thingy... and tomoro ill post a vid of my skills as falco so i can compare how well my falco translates to my fox... so please rate...
could you please just rate my tech shine skillz in general cause i didnt really do much of anything else

Your not getting the drill out nearly fast enough. I'd recommend using Z for the aerial. Also, try to get faster smoother waveshines. Also, Use training mode to determine if you're doing it right, since it's a true combo.

cheers, im just not used to fox i dont think... make sure you rate my falco tomoro scotu,
but overall my fox is moving pretty fast in and out of shinez tho isnt he...

I'm no good at falco. But make sure your vid quality is better. Like, try to get more zoomed in, and centered correctly. Try using google video or youtube as well.....

yeah it was kinda a botch effort, itl be better tomoro... but how is my fox speed shine wize and wave shine wise...? or was my vid quality to crap to tell?

The vid quality was just enough to tell. You need to go hella faster to combo effectively. Try to smooth out your waveshines, and do them sooner after hitlag. (ideally, you'd like to do the jump 6 frames after hitting, and the air dodge 4 frames after that). You can practice the smoothness of your wavedashes by going to training mode, giving yourself a screw attack, stand next to the opponent, and wavedash. If it does any damage to them, you need to speed up your wavedash. Also, try to wavedash farther, and learn to dash directly out of a waveshine.

You need to get out of your shine faster I saw you jump out of the shine a few times before wavedashing (like fox would rise off the ground a little bit before wavedashing). Practice waveshining peach across FD to make sure you can get perfect waveshines out first.
