Problems with fox

Ok..today i went to a local ssbm tournament and well
i lost 2 times to two different fox's
one of them is my good freinds so i can see myself loseing there cause we know how we play each other.
the other was weird?
by the way i use Sheik.
the problem was i was being grabbed and uair'd and it was really annoying so i tried not to let him grab me but you can only run for so long.
plus i Di'd away and still somehow i was getting uair
so i need helpful tips on playing a fox.
