Alright i'm new to smash and stuff so hi :056:

I'm trying to get project M on my wii classic. I'm running Hackless full-set 3.5 for wii classic. I got the right SD card, i cleared all my stages, and i even get to the launcher screen. But whenever i press "Play" or "Update" i get a black screen and the disk stops spinning and my wii resets. Please help!

Thank You,
Swaash.

I used to get dsi exception, so I removed wifi. When i did that it would just go to the stage selector page like it would normally. So i reformatted my sd card, and downloaded the same files, and it gives me a blank screen and the disk stops spinning.

Try loading via Gecko OS instead:

  • Install GeckoOS to your SD card (download link, copy the boot.elf from /Gecko1931/HBC/Gecko1931/ to your SD card root)
  • Load GeckoOS via the Stage Builder, as usual
  • Boot game

do i have to remove the original boot.elf file from the sd card? or do i just drag and drop? or do i just reset the sd card and put it on it's own?

P.S. Thank you so much for your help!
