Hey all.
I'm going to try to explain the situation as best I can. I don't claim to be a technical genius when it comes to this, it's all pretty new to me, so I'll try to be simple.

I have an RCA video capture device that plugs into my computer via USB.

The other end of it is a video RCA plug (teh yellow one), which I plugged into the back of my PAL TV's yellow output socket (The wii being in the input socket).

Forget about sound, I've got that down already.

So with that setup, Its all ready to go, except for one thing.

The footage it records is in Monochrome.

This is because my video capture software Ulead Video Studio 6 is set to NTSC when I capture footage.

Okay fine, I'll just set it to PAL.

It refuses to capture PAL footage running at 60hz. It can capture it at 50hz, but not 60.

Has anybody got any ideas? Am I doomed to recording either monochrome smash at 60hz or Color at 50hz?

The reason I don't want to record at 50hz is because Melee lags like a drug mule at 50.
Brawl is okay at 50hz, but I still would prefer to be playing at 60hz speed (Trust me, it makes a difference).

At the very least, I can record replays at 50hz, so it's better than nothing.

Anyhow, if there's anybody who can offer some assistance, I would be sooo happy :)
