Problem with starting Project M

Hello,
after starting getting into competitive smash this summer i decided to get Project M myself. So i went to a electronic store where i life and got me this 2 GB SD Card, that all the youtube tutorials told me to get.

After that i downloaded the hackless zip file from the projectm website.

I used winrar to unzip the file and put them on the SD Card. Looks like this

The youtube tutorial i watched told me to format my SD Card to FAT32 so i did.
(i already tried with the FAT standard aswell)

After i did all this i put the SD Card in my Wii and started Brawl. I deleted all the stages before putting in the SD Card, but everytime i go to the Stagebuilder nothing happens.

I dont have a Gamecube memory card in my Wii. I'm only a computer user and dont have a clue with all this stuff. I tried pretty much every option of systemthing my SD Card could do, i completly deleted every savefile of brawl on my Wii and i repeated the steps the project M page and many youtube tutorials told me several times, but nothing happens when ever i go to the Stagebuilder. As you can see from the pictures i'm from germany. The super smash bros brawl disc i borrowed is "german" aswell as my Wii. Sorry for my bad english and if this post looks kinda ugly. I'm a total scrub with this forum stuff. I really really hope someone can help me, because i really want to try this game thanks.

German is PAL region. Project m only works with NTSC brawl.

You need homebrew and a usb loader to load an ntsc iso.
