Problem with SDo0m's Viewtiful Joe Pack...

Hey, I just started hacking two days ago, so I'm just feeling my way around. I'm trying to install SDo0m's Viewtiful Joe pack, but it's not showing up. I think I put all of the files in the places where they belong, but it's not working so... Any help? (P.S. I understand he directions on installation in the pack, but again...I'm just feeling my way around. So if anyone can translate it into Layman's term, it would be nice...)

Those all need to be imported into your sc_selcharacter.pac in your first screenshot (if you have one or find it in your common3.pac) in the right spots over the character you're replacing (in this case, Captain Falcon). Sound effects must be imported into smashbros_sound.brsar and people usually provide hex packets that make it much easier to import those sounds.
